Mobile Phone Parts Warranty Policy


WHAT can be returned? WHEN do items need to be returned by?

All our mobile phone parts come with ONE-YEAR return to base warranty. 
Faulty parts are required to be sent back to our address before replacement part can be sent. Or you can buy a replacement part first and we will issue a refund or account credit once the faulty part has been received.
If you do not want the parts that you have not used, within a customer group, you can return the parts and get a replacement / refund / store credit within up to 90 days from the date you receive the parts.
For returns due to change of mind, a restocking fee of $10 or 20%, whichever is greater, will be applied.

HOW can customers distinguish our products?
EASYPHIX uses unique identification mark on the products.

SHIPPING for returns?
Costs of the return shipping are paid by customers. We could issue account credit for cost of the return after it is tested faulty. 

REPLACEMENT or CREDIT for returns?
Replacement parts will be sent out immediately (stock permitting) after checking the fault. Unless refund or account credit is confirmed with the manager.
Any scratches, cracks, dints or other damage that is no fault of ours will void the warranty. We reserve the right to refuse warranty on any items displaying any physical damage at our discretion.

Packing materials?
Items do not need to be in orginal packaging for returns but please make sure items are carefully wrapped and shipped. 

HOW do customers return items?
We recommend sending return by a traceable source of delivery so warranty could be processed smoothly. We take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. 

Submit RMA request at Resolution Centre
